See the 10 spring trends for 2019 that you should stock up on!
1. Tie-Front Floral Dress
Floral, flattering and just a touch flirty, spring’s new crop of dresses is as pretty as an Easter bouquet. Whether you are seeking out a new dress for work or weekend, we’d like to suggest a floral tie-front style. Flowers are just perfect for the season and the tie front is waist-emphasizing in a very pleasing way. This is the kind of floral delivery we hope for.
2. Ruffle Detail Top
We’re like rocking more feminine styles in warmer weather, so we’re super into pieces that feature a few ruffles. And luckily, tops with ruffle detailing are right on-trend this spring. A top this pretty is perfect for dressing up some distressed jeans, and also plays very nicely with a girly floral skirt. Add your fave sandals and go.
3. Lilac Denim Jacket
Is there any shade more spring than the palest shade of purple, also known as lilac? We didn’t think so. If you’re craving some of this of-the-moment spring shade, why not try it in a denim jacket? Then go ahead and pair it with everything from black jeans and a striped tee to a gingham sundress and espadrilles, and feel oh-so-spring-y every day.
4. Printed Sneaker
Sneakers are another warm-weather must-have, and we love that they come in so many styles now, from sleek athletic looks to suede slip ons to dorky dad styles. But it’s spring, so we want our sneakers in fun prints. Whether you choose high top or low, a pair of kicks in a print is one of the best ways we can think of the spring-up your look. Find a pair of cute socks and skip out into the sunlight.
5. Button Front White Denim
White denim is a perennial warm-weather favorite, and there are so many ways to style it. If you’re ready for an update in this department, go for a button front style with visible (and adorable!) buttons. Bonus trend points for a step-hem. Styling these jeans is an easy as a spring breeze—they look great with anything from sneakers to heels, and from tees to lace tops.
6. Tassel Top
Fashion has been riding the boho wave for a few seasons now, and a flowy top trimmed with tassels is a great way to play in this trend. There are so many great prints to explore in this trend, so choose a bold one that will really add some graphic punch to your outfit. We love a top like this paired with the aforementioned white jeans and printed sneakers—wear anyplace from city sidewalks to country roads.
7.Rose Colored Jeans
Maybe you’ve heard about viewing the world through rose-colored glasses as a way to see everything in a positive light—well, we’d like to suggest picking up a pair of rose-colored jeans as a fashionable alternative. Such a pretty shade is an automatic mood booster, and when paired with anything from a white tee to an eyelet blouse, you’re happily on-trend.
8. Slide Sandal
Spring is a great time to refresh your sandal wardrobe. It’s always a good idea to have a least two or three pairs—you want at least one dressy pair (wedding, brunch) and one more casual (everything else!). If you’re looking to add something new to your summer shoe lineup, a slide style sandal is a great place to start. This easy-on-easy-off style comes in a big selection of heel heights. We think a pair with fabric straps is so fresh and seasonal.
9. Bell Sleeve Pullover
As winter transitions to spring, unsettled weather causes the need for just a few more sweaters to carry us into true sunny days. But with spring weather styles this pretty, sign us up! Among the spring sweater trends is this stand out, the bell sleeve pullover. Versatile, lightweight, and with just enough extra style to feel fresh, we love this sweater over pastel jeans or floral skirts.
10. Pastel Blazer
We’ve always thought having a trend-right blazer in any season is a great way to top off a wide variety of looks—from dressing up a tee and jeans to throwing on over a flirty dress on date night. Luckily for your closet, pastel blazers in all shades are something you’ll be seeing a lot of, and it’s one piece that can really spring-i-fy lots of looks. We love a pretty pale yellow, but look for a pastel shade you love.
