You must be signed in as a Stitch Fix client to apply it to your account. If you’re not a client yet, please sign up for an account. If you have a family account, any gift cards you add become shared family credit. Stitch Fix gift cards purchased at retail stores have a scratch-off pin on the back. A field where you can enter the pin will automatically appear when you start typing your gift card number. If you’re unable to read the pin, contact us and our Customer Service Team can redeem your card for you. Gift cards purchased directly on our site don’t have a pin.
Once your gift card is redeemed, you can view your credit balance on your Account page.
Simply contact us and we'll be happy to correct the error for you.
We recommend asking the person you gifted to check their spam folder or promotions tab to see if it was filtered from their inbox. If they’re still unable to find the gift card, please contact us so we can verify their email address and resend the gift email.
We ask that you provide your credit card information just in case you want to purchase more than the value of your gift card. If you choose to keep less than the value of your gift card, your credit card will not be charged for the merchandise you purchase.
Unfortunately, Stitch Fix cannot transfer credit to other clients.
